When a loved one is dying, you should not have to
navigate a system.
You should be able to be present.

Louise & Alfred coordinates everything — the healthcare system, the vendors, the paperwork, the logistics — so that families can focus entirely on what matters.

The Work

01
Death Doula Support
From $5,000
Emotional, practical, and spiritual accompaniment through the dying process. Presence at bedside, guidance for family members, legacy work, ritual support. We are with you.
02
Patient Advocacy
From $4,000
Navigating the healthcare system on your behalf — communicating with providers, coordinating care transitions, attending appointments, decoding complexity. You should never have to figure this out alone.
03
Estate Clearing & Logistics
From $3,500
Full coordination of estate clearance — vendor sourcing, scheduling, donation facilitation, item disposition, home clean-out management. Client pays vendors directly. We manage everything else.
04
Add-On Modules
Quoted per scope
Post-death administrative support, estate sale management, ongoing family check-ins. Available as standalone services or as supplements to any engagement.
Full-Service Engagement
Base · Extended · Complex
All four pillars, from diagnosis through post-death. One relationship, one dedicated account, everything handled. The base engagement covers a defined standard scope. Extended and complex engagements — prolonged timelines, multiple properties, complicated estates — are scoped accordingly. All vendor fees are paid directly by the family from a dedicated account we manage on your behalf.
Base
$12,000 – $15,000
Extended & Complex
$18,000 – $25,000+
01
The First Conversation
A private, unhurried call — no forms, no intake sheets. We listen to where things stand, what you need, and whether we're the right fit. There is no obligation.
02
Coming Into Care
We scope the engagement together and fund a dedicated account. Your Meridian space is opened. From this point, you stop having to figure things out.
03
We Handle It
Vendors are coordinated, providers are communicated with, logistics are managed. You receive updates through Meridian. We are reachable when you need us.
04
Closing the Account
When the engagement is complete, we provide a full accounting, reconcile the dedicated account, and remain available. Meridian stays open. What remains, remains.

Your private space for everything.

Meridian is the secure portal that every Louise & Alfred family receives. It holds the timeline, the documents, the financial account, and the things your loved one wanted to leave behind — in one calm, considered place.

Where things stand A living timeline — not a task list. Open it at any hour and understand exactly what is in motion, what is done, and what is coming.
Held here Every document in one place. Medical directives, vendor contracts, certificates. Permissions-based, so the right people see the right things.
The dedicated account Full transparency on every disbursement made on your behalf. Funded by you, managed by us, visible to you at all times.
What they left A private space for the person who is dying to leave something. A letter, a recording, their wishes in their own words. This does not close when the engagement does.

Founder, Louise & Alfred

Built from
experience,
not observation.

Louise & Alfred is named after my grandparents. The company is built from what I know — and what I know is this: the people who most need help navigating end-of-life are the people least equipped to ask for it, and the most overwhelmed when they do.

My background is in luxury commercial production — a decade of managing complex projects, demanding timelines, and high-stakes vendor relationships for clients with no tolerance for error. That discipline translates directly to this work. I bring the same operational rigor I applied to productions to the coordination of the most important moments in a family's life.

I also bring firsthand experience. I have sat with dying people. I have navigated the healthcare system as an advocate with no map. I know what it means to handle an estate while also being a person who is grieving. Louise & Alfred is the company I wish my family had access to.
